Security Survey

We are doing a survey from out customer database on knowledge if internet security and threats. We have a simple 10 question survey that asks about all issues related to security. The issue turns out that after we ask the questions, people are so confused because they really have no idea that they have asked us to explain things. So the last post that I did is a basic explanation, in laymans terms, of internet security and security issues.
